Emily Gleiss received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, graduating cum laude. Emily was admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota in 2010.

Emily is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is licensed to practice before the District of Minnesota and the United States Tax Court.
Emily authored the article, “Note: The Due Process Rights of Parents to Cross-Examine Guardians Ad Litem in Custody Disputes: the Reality and the Ideal,” which was published in the Minnesota Family Law Journal May/June 2012 issue.
Emily was born in Sparta, Wisconsin and graduated from Sparta High School. Emily graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004 with majors in English and Political Science.
