Heather has worked for Sieloff and Associates, P.A. since 2005. She is currently an attorney but began her employment at Sieloff and Associates, P.A. as a paralegal and Enrolled Agent.
In 2018, Heather received her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She passed the bar exam and was admitted to practice law in Minnesota by the Minnesota Supreme Court on October 26, 2018. In 2000, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from the University of Minnesota – Duluth. She added to her education by completing the University of St. Thomas Mini MBA program in 2009.
Heather primarily practices in the areas of tax law, tax preparation, estate planning, will drafting, probate matters, dissolution of marriage/divorce, and custody proceedings. As well as being a licensed attorney in Minnesota, Heather is an Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent. She received her Certificate of Enrollment to practice before the Internal Revenue Service in 2008 and has kept that licensure up to date with annual continuing education. Heather is a member of the Minnesota Society of Enrolled Agents, the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the National Association of Tax Professionals, and the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Heather was born in Bemidji, Minnesota. She grew up in Jordan, Minnesota, and graduated from New Prague High School in New Prague, Minnesota. Heather also lived in Hibbing, Burnsville, Brownton, and Prior Lake, Minnesota. She lived in Houston, Texas, for a short time, but discovered she missed Minnesota and cooler weather. Heather lives in New Prague, Minnesota, with her husband, Mike, their dog (Mia), and cat (Rebel). She enjoys reading, keeping up on her prime time shows, and staying up to date on current events.
